What is being built in Brewster/southeast? 1. In the journal news I read about a relocation of a factory from Patterson to Mt. Ebo. 2. On 312 in southeast a mall might be built if it passes the last 60 days of approval. The mall would be 380,000 sq. feet, and 2,000 parking spaces. 3. For years now the hoyts movie theatre has wanted to build on a piece of land on rt.6 and star ridge road but since the town is so strict it is hard for them to build there. If you are a land owner or ever tried to build in Putnam county you know about the watershed. Some landowners have lost all value of thier land and cant build on it because the city say's we can just use natural resources to prevent the resivoirs from getting polluted. We have way to many regulations and I want to find out more about this, and will post it here when I find out more about the watershed. | Some people do not want are town to grow but I do I want to be able to go out in my town and do something I find intresting like going to the movie's, or being able to shop at big name business's like circuit city or old navy foot locker. come on people we are the fastest growing county and we do have th means of transportation. 4 major highways leading into southeast, taxis, part bus, and the train.
